Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for daily activities including maintaining communication with clients, finding new clients, providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management functions. The role requires effective engagement with potential and existing clients to drive sales and market our products efficiently.

Locations we are Hiring for : North, East (Kolkata), West (Vadodara) and South Regions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Experience in the Transformers manufacturing industry (CT / PT, LTCTs) is a plus
• New Client outreach.
