About the Role
IAER is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to strengthen our digital brand identity and support our growing presence across social media, websites, and promotional platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, modern aesthetics, and the ability to convert concepts into visually compelling creatives that resonate with students, parents, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Conceptualization
Develop fresh, engaging design concepts aligned with IAER’s brand voice and marketing goals.
Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ideate creative campaigns, visuals, and layouts.
Interpret briefs to deliver impactful visuals for both digital and print platforms.
2. Social Media Creatives
Design daily posts, reels covers, stories, event announcements, carousel posts, and ads for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Ensure consistency in brand style, color palette, fonts, and messaging across all social media content.
3. Marketing & Promotional Materials
Design brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, standees, academic program sheets, campus collateral, and branding material.
Create engaging presentation decks, infographics, and promotional emails.
4. Website & Digital Marketing Assets
Develop website banners, landing page graphics, thumbnails, and UI-enhancing visuals.
Create visually appealing ad creatives for performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
5. Event & Photography Coordination
Support photo / video shoots by planning design requirements and providing creative direction.
Assist in designing event branding : backdrops, certificates, badges, signage, stage designs, etc.
6. Print Production & File Management
Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in sizing, bleed, resolution, and color profiles.
Maintain an organized library of design files, brand assets, and templates.
7. Brand Identity Development
Maintain and upgrade the IAER brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in all design output.
Work on refreshing logos, icons, brand fonts, and templates as needed.
8. Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with the content writer, videographer / editor, social media manager, and admission team.
Take feedback constructively and refine designs as per campaign or leadership requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and digital aesthetics.
Experience creating social media campaigns and ad creatives.
Knowledge of print production standards and formats.
Soft Skills
Creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
Ability to work independently and in a team setup.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in graphic design (education sector experience is a plus but not mandatory).
Portfolio demonstrating a strong command of creative design work.
