Job descriptionLead Generation : Proactively create and identify new business leads through various channels. Presentations : Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services. Concept Selling : Demonstrate a strong ability to sell complex concepts and solutions rather than just products. Negotiation & Contracting : Lead negotiations on terms and conditions, and finalize contracts with clients. Closing Deals : Successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed business targets. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and client loyalty. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for impactful presentations, clear proposals, and effective client interactions. Leverage existing corporate relationships, particularly within HR or Admin departments, to identify and convert new business opportunities.
