About the Role :

We're hiring a Meta & Google Ads Specialist who understands how to build campaigns that actually convert. If you know your way around Ads Manager, analytics, and audience targeting, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do :

• Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads .
• Optimize for conversions, ROI, and cost efficiency.
• Write and test ad creatives and copies that drive engagement.
• Manage budgets, pixels, audiences, and daily reports.
• Work with the creative and strategy team to align campaigns with client goals.

What We're Looking For :

Hands-on experience with Meta and Google ad platforms .

Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and tracking tools.

Ability to analyze data and make smart marketing decisions.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Points For :

Experience with E-commerce or Lead Generation .

Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or landing page optimization .

Agency background or client handling experience.
