Position Summary
The Content Strategist will lead the planning, creation, optimization, and governance of content across digital channels. You will be responsible for crafting strategic content initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires someone who can think analytically, execute creatively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning
Develop data-driven content strategies aligned with client goals, audience needs, and marketing objectives.Conduct content audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research to inform content direction.Build multi-channel editorial calendars (blogs, social media, email, landing pages, ads, video scripts, etc.).Create content frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, and brand messaging documents.Content Development
Oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of high-quality content across platforms.Leverage AI tools and AI content workflows to streamline research, ideation, and content production.Collaborate with writers, designers, videographers, and SEO specialists to ensure cohesive execution.Ensure content aligns with brand identity and delivers a consistent message across all touchpoints.Optimization & Performance
Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights, etc.).Recommend improvements to enhance engagement, SEO rankings, and conversion rates.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content marketing.Collaboration & Project Management
Work closely with account managers and marketing teams to understand client needs and deliver strategic content solutions.Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Present content strategies, reports, and insights to internal teams and clients.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.3+ years of experience as a Content Strategist or similar role in a digital marketing environment.Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, digital advertising, and social media ecosystems.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Ability to turn data into actionable insights.Strong project management and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an agency setting.Familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms, and paid media content formats.Basic understanding of UX writing and CRO principles.Experience with AI-driven content optimization tools.What We Offer
