Purpose of the Role

The role is the data wing of the function. It will support and aid in making decisions and tracking critical business metrics by presenting the data, patterns, insights, and outliers in an understandable format.

Principal Responsibilities

• To create a detailed analysis outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a priority area the team has identified.
• Help create relevant data dashboards and provide inputs for appropriate actions and business decisions. Identify variance and outliers against the agreed metrics.
• Suggest ways to handle the data outliers and tracking with larger teams to drive process improvements.
• Work towards cleaning data and automating tasks for better data transparency and driving results as required.
• Progressively also study the raw data and devise modeling techniques to analyze this information and investigate the impact of different solutions.
