About the Role
The NetSuite Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading functional delivery across NetSuite ERP implementation and support projects. This role demands strong client-facing communication, deep functional knowledge of core finance processes, and experience working with global customers—preferably US-based clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, configure NetSuite modules, and ensure successful end-to-end implementations. Your expertise will help customers streamline operations and maximize the value of their NetSuite investment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of NetSuite ERP.
- Work directly with clients to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide expertise across Core Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Reporting).
- Collaborate on solutions involving BRM (Billing & Revenue Management), Procurement + AP, Inventory, and Supply Chain—preferred but not mandatory.
- Conduct gap analysis, prepare process documents, and drive workflow improvements.
- Manage end-to-end implementation cycles including testing (SIT / UAT), training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients;
ensure high-quality communication and expectation management.
Work with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and advanced configurations.Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support to ensure system stability.Prepare detailed documentation—BRDs, FRDs, configuration documents, test scripts, etc.Guide junior consultants and contribute to best-practice frameworks. On Your First Day, We’ll Expect You to Have6–8 years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience.Strong expertise in Core Finance modules (mandatory).Working knowledge of BRM, Procurement, Inventory, and SCM modules (an added advantage).Experience in full-cycle NetSuite implementation and production support.Excellent verbal and written communication—must be confident and client-facing.Experience working with US clientele is preferred.Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, SCM, and related domains.Ability to collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders.MBA preferred.We’d Be Super Excited If You Have
NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or equivalent).Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.Knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteScript (functional understanding).Prior consulting experience in fast-paced environments.Benefits :
