What You'll Do

• Design & Optimize Workflows : Build advanced Jira Service Management (JSM) workflows for global, 'Follow the Sun' support. Automate ticket routing, SLA tracking, and shift handoffs - no ticket left behind.
• Integrate AI & Blockchain : Configure Atlassian Rovo and other AI agents. Connect Jira to on-chain data (Hedera), enabling real-time insights and secure, zero-trust operations.
• Drive Compliance & Security : Implement DORA-compliant reporting, AI guardrails, and 'kill switch' workflows for incident response. Ensure knowledge bases are structured for optimal AI ingestion and regulatory needs.
• Enable Seamless Integrations : Develop and maintain connections between Atlassian tools, monitoring platforms (Prometheus, PagerDuty), and external APIs using Forge or REST.
• Empower Agents & Engineers : Act as the integration gatekeeper, ensuring every tool communicates flawlessly to support our teams.
