Position :  Sales Executive – Delhi-NCR (Full-Time, On-Site)

As a Sales Executive, you will expand our presence in Delhi-NCR and nearby regions by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting company growth targets. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in education with a respected brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, educators, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Implement effective sales strategies aligned with organisational goals for Delhi-NCR and the surrounding areas.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales and channel partnerships.
  • Present and promote Sultan Chand & Sons' publications to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
  • Gather market and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, expanding our regional reach.
  • Track sales progress and client engagement using CRM platforms and analytics tools.
  • Represent Sultan Chand & Sons at educational events, seminars, and conferences in Delhi-NCR.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
  • 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in education publishing or EdTech.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and client management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Odoo, Salesforce) and basic data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel within Delhi-NCR and nearby areas as required.
