- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the Marketing Department to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in Marketing & Brand Management and recommend solutions to strengthen marketing strategies.
Process Transformation
Lead process transformation efforts by identifying gaps and implementing improvements across marketing functions.Evaluate and enhance existing marketing workflows, SOPs, and policies to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.Audit & Compliances
Conduct comprehensive audits of marketing processes, systems, and policies across multiple verticals to ensure compliance, alignment, and optimization.Recommend corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.System & Governance
Oversee the implementation, updates, and maintenance of marketing systems, SOPs, and industry best practicesProcess Excellence Initiatives
