Job descriptionJob locations : Mumbai (Central line) All Legal , litigation , non litigation and Corporate Affairs matters of the organisation : Drafting & sending legal notices to defaulters, file the complaint against the defaulter civil / criminal case against debtors for defaulting payments to recovery. Provide adviser to management and liasoning State Govt as well as Central Govt , Maharashtra State Pollution Board, textile Commissioner etc time to time. Labour Matters : Labour related litigation before court / tribunal and advise to management time to time. Liasoning with Insurances etc , land and building Matters with concerned department for obtaining plan approvals and handle pending Litigation pertinent to Land matters etc.
Required skills and Qualification
- LLB with with minimum 15 yrs of experience in handling independently legal matters of manufacturing industry .
- Sound knowledge of various laws.
- Records keeping and computer knowledge is must.
- Visit to Plant which is located at Wada (50 Km ) Thane , Maharashtra.
- Prefer candidate from central line of Mumbai
