Key Responsibilities
The designer will create polished presentations, detailed layouts and visual materials for marketing pieces, proposals and client-facing documents. The role sits within a busy environment and calls for clear thinking, quick adaptation and smart decision-making.
This position centers on shaping ideas, building prototypes and delivering final designs that reflect the company’s global brand. Strong ownership, communication and the ability to juggle priorities are essential.
- Create high-quality visually enhanced presentations, layouts, documents and broucher, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and share clear design concepts and solutions.
- Support design strategy and concept development across projects.
- Streamline document workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
- Take part in project planning, assess resource needs and help define key milestones.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts or equivalent (preferred)2-6 years of experience in graphic designStrong portfolio showcasing creativity, clean layouts, and branding designExcellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchySkills Required
Expert in PowerPoint and other MS-Office applications, including Word, Excel.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Experience in other relevant tools is good to have.A portfolio that demonstrates complex visual work along with clear reasoning behind design choices.Strong creative judgment, offering fresh ideas while maintaining a high level of client service.Sharp attention to detail, with a strong grasp of typography, spacing and overall layout.Confident in guiding conversations with internal teams or clients to set direction and align on goals.Comfortable taking initiative and pushing for new approaches.Skills Required
