About the role

The L2 Project Manager role focuses on coordinating day-to-day execution, driving project timelines, and ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, design, and client-facing teams. You will support senior project leaders, manage operational workflows, track progress, and ensure that deliverables move forward efficiently. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, structured, and proactive, with a strong bias for execution.

Responsibilities :

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in planning sprint cycles, task breakdown, and weekly execution plans.
  • Track day-to-day project progress, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and delivery trackers.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and founders’ office to ensure task clarity and alignment.
  • Facilitate internal syncs, notes, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure tasks are clearly assigned and completed as per timelines.

    • Client / Stakeholder Interaction

  • Support in understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
  • Share updates, clarify doubts, and maintain smooth communication loops.
  • Assist in managing expectations, timelines, and approvals.

    • Quality & Delivery

  • Support QA processes, UAT cycles, and internal reviews before delivery.
  • Flag potential risks or delays and escalate appropriately.
  • Ensure deliverables meet the required quality benchmarks.

    • Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly progress reports and maintain updated documentation on Notion / Confluence.
  • Track KPIs related to project timelines, efficiency, and task completion.
  • Support senior PMs with dashboards and reporting.

    • Tech Stack / Tools You’ll Use :

  • Project Management : Jira, GitHub Projects, Notion, Confluence
  • Collaboration : Slack, MS Teams
  • Prototyping / Review : Figma, Miro
  • Reporting : Google Sheets, Glide dashboards

    • Requirements :

  • 1–2 years of experience in Project Management , Program Coordination , or Tech Delivery Operations .
  • Basic understanding of software development workflows, sprints, and agile execution.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, AI / ML, or tech projects is a plus.
