Zetwerk - Manager - Legal - LLB

Manager - Legal the world's largest contract manufacturing marketplace, is looking for a talented professional to join our high- performing Legal team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing legal aspects of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other corporate development transactions to support ZETWERK's growth ambitions. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities, conducting due diligence, and fostering partnerships that align with our business objectives.

What You'll Do :

Transaction Legal Support :

• Responsible for the legal workstream for M&A, JV, and strategic investment transactions from inception to closure.
• Draft, review, and negotiate definitive agreements including SPAs, shareholders' agreements, term sheets, NDAs, etc.
• Liaise with internal teams, external legal counsels, and counterparties on structuring and risk mitigation.
