Position Summary

Mohan Babu University is seeking an accomplished, visionary, and dynamic academic leader for the position of Dean, School of Computing. The Dean will provide strategic direction, academic leadership, and operational management to advance the School's mission in teaching, research, innovation, and industry collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be a distinguished scholar with an outstanding record of academic achievement, a proven commitment to excellence in education, and the entrepreneurial drive to foster growth, innovation, and national recognition for the School of Computing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Academic Excellence

• Provide visionary leadership in developing and implementing long-term strategic plans for the School of Computing.
• Drive academic innovation by overseeing the design, development, and accreditation of cutting-edge undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning methodologies.
• Monitor and evaluate academic and research programs to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Qualifications & A Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
