Job Summary

As the Lead UI / UX, you will be responsible for shaping how users experience our products. You’ll lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring every interface is intuitive, consistent, and visually fresh. Working closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders, you’ll translate complex requirements into simple, effective user experiences that evolve with our product vision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete design process from user research and wireframing to final handoff and delivery.

Define and uphold the overall user experience vision across all products, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, consistent, and purposeful.

Supervise and guide UI Developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs and timely delivery.

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align product goals with user experience outcomes.

Maintain and evolve a structured design system and reusable UI components to ensure scalability and consistency.

Conduct user research, feedback sessions, and usability reviews to continuously refine and improve the user experience.

Review and validate design outputs before release to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

Promote open communication within the team and ensure smooth coordination between design and development.

Stay updated with evolving design and UX trends, applying relevant insights to keep the product modern and engaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI / UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.

Strong portfolio showcasing product design excellence, highlighting your process, systems, and measurable impact, not just UI screens.

Proven experience designing for web and mobile products, with strong attention to detail and consistency.

Proficiency in Figma, along with familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.

Solid grasp of design thinking and user-centered design principles.

Good understanding of front-end implementation practices to effectively collaborate with developers.

Experience collaborating with product development teams in agile environments.

Excellent communication and documentation skills to clearly present design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

A mindset that balances creative vision with practical execution and attention to detail.

Preferred skills and Qualifications

Experience designing interfaces for SaaS or enterprise platforms.

Familiarity with motion design, advanced prototyping tools, or design operations.

Passion for mentoring junior designers and fostering a strong design culture.

Working knowledge of Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
