Role Overview

We are seeking a Center Manager to drive operational and financial excellence at our IVF centers. The role involves budgeting, performance monitoring, compliance, process optimization, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operating budgets & performance targets in line with corporate strategy
• Ensure achievement of financial & operational targets
• Monitor revenue, profitability & team performance against defined KRAs
• Lead cost optimization and compliance initiatives
• Oversee SOP implementation, medical record management, and audit readiness
• Act as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance
• Liaise with sales & marketing teams for brand visibility in local markets
• Coordinate monthly P&L with the corporate MIS team
• Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics
