Job Title : Global Capability Centers (GCC) Sales Manager / Lead Generation Lead

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven GCC Sales Manager / Lead Generation Lead to drive the growth of our GCC advisory and implementation firm. This role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and securing new multinational clients, particularly German companies, who are looking to establish, expand, or optimize their Global Capability Centers in India. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the GCC ecosystem, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition within the consulting or technology services sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Lead Generation :
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to identify potential MNC clients, with a strong focus on large to mid-sized German enterprises.
- Utilize diverse channels including industry reports, market intelligence, professional networking platforms (e.g., Sales Navigator), public announcements, financial reports, and news monitoring.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations (e.g., CIOs, COOs, Heads of GBS, CTOs, Strategy Heads, R&D / Engineering VPs).
- Business Development & Sales :
- Initiate contact with qualified leads, conduct initial discovery calls, and articulate our firm's unique value proposition for GCC advisory and implementation services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure.
- Develop tailored solutions that address specific client needs related to GCC strategy, build-out, stabilization, and scaling.
- Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, guiding them through the complexities of setting up operations in India.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events (in Germany and globally), enhancing brand visibility and generating new opportunities.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence :
- Maintain deep knowledge of global GCC trends, India's talent market, legal framework, real estate dynamics, and cultural nuances.
- Monitor competitor activities (e.g., ANSR, Zinnov, Tholons, large consulting firms) and market shifts to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Support :
- Work closely with the consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client engagement and solution delivery.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by identifying relevant market insights and potential topics for reports, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Reporting & Forecasting :
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and activity reports within the CRM system.
- Contribute to regular sales reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree preferred.Experience :X+] years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.Proven experience in selling complex services, ideally within the IT services, consulting, or global sourcing domain.Demonstrable experience in lead generation and client acquisition, particularly with large multinational corporations.Specific experience or strong understanding of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), shared services, or captive operations is highly advantageous.Experience working with German companies or in the German market is a significant plus.Skills :Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).Fluency in English is essential; Fluency in German is highly desirable for engaging with German clients.Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Desired Traits :
