Head - Strategic Planning

Role Purpose

Lead Strategic Planning will be responsible for shaping, driving, and executing the long-term supply chain strategy for the organization. This role will ensure that the company’s supply chain ecosystem is resilient, cost-efficient, digitally enabled, and capable of supporting future growth in the business. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Finance, Sustainability, and Commercial Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Supply Chain Planning

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with organizational goals and market growth plans.
• Identify structural improvements and optimize the manufacturing footprints.
• Lead scenario planning, capacity modelling, and risk simulations to ensure supply continuity and optimal cost structures.
