Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Understand hiring needs, draft compelling job descriptions, and proactively fill positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job Hai, referrals, social media, and campus drives
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports in Zoho Recruit
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
HR Operations & Generalist Duties
Support onboarding & induction programs for new joinersMaintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases in Zoho PeopleAssist in payroll inputs, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Form-16) using Zoho PayrollHandle employee grievances and support conflict resolutionPlan and execute employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations, festivals, and referral programsAssist in quarterly / annual / 360° performance appraisal cyclesCoordinate training & development initiativesEnsure HR policy implementation and employee complianceUse Zoho Sign for offers letters, agreements, and digital documentation.Recommend process improvements and HR tools for better efficiencyRequirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment + HR operations (fresher with strong internship / projects may be considered in exceptional cases)Proven full-cycle recruitment experience (minimum 30–50 hires closed)Mandatory Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho SignExpert / Guide user of job portals : Naukri (RMS / Resdex), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job Hai, Apna, etc.Good working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory complianceExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setupProficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reportingQualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
