We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead operations at our wellness facility.

Role Overview

We are seeking a female Spa Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience in managing spa or wellness centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service, team supervision, and achieving revenue goals through effective service and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the spa and wellness center.

Supervise and coordinate a team of therapists, front desk staff, and housekeeping support.

Ensure excellent customer service and a consistently high-quality guest experience.

Drive spa sales, upselling services and products to increase revenue.

Handle appointments, walk-ins, and client relationship management.

Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships for spa supplies.

Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are strictly maintained.

Maintain reports on sales, feedback, and employee performance.

Plan promotions, offers, and seasonal service menus in coordination with marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Certification in Spa Management / Wellness / Hospitality or related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in managing a spa, wellness center, or luxury salon.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of various massage and beauty therapies and spa operations.

Strong customer focus with a pleasing personality and attention to detail.

Experience using spa booking or POS software is a plus.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.
