Job descriptionStrong expertise in ODI interfaces, procedures, packages, load plans, and scenarios. Experience with SQL / PLSQL, Oracle DB, and performance tuning. Good understanding of data warehouse design, star / snowflake schema, and ETL / ELT best practices. Knowledge of custom KMs development and API integration (REST / SOAP). Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, or MuleSoft is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ODI interfaces, packages, scenarios, and load plans.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ODI solutions.
- Implement mappings and transformations to load data from heterogeneous sources (RDBMS, flat files, cloud, REST / SOAP APIs).
- Optimize ETL / ELT processes for performance and scalability.
- Implement and maintain custom Knowledge Modules (KM) as needed.
- Integrate ODI with Oracle DB, GoldenGate, SOA, OIC, and cloud platforms.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
- Work with ODI Admins to deploy, monitor, and tune integration jobs.
- Mentor junior developers and review code for quality assurance.
