Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) , you’ll be responsible for conducting home demos and field visits , guiding students and parents to choose the right PW learning programs, and driving enrollments in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective students and parents through calls and visits.
Conduct in-person or virtual counseling sessions to understand learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
Manage leads through CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven with strong ownership and field sales mindset.
Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for daily travel.
Comfortable using laptops / tablets for product demonstrations.
