Job descriptionCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to attract top-tier talent for both internal and client-facing roles. Monitor and improve the hiring process, ensuring alignment with client demands and market trends. Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and hiring partners. Ensure compliance with Indian employment regulations and background checks. Streamline HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time for placements. Drive a performance-based culture by implementing KPI-driven evaluation processes. Lead training and development initiatives to upskill employees and improve team effectiveness. Foster a positive work culture by organizing employee engagement programs and retention strategies. Implement HR technology and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to enhance hiring efficiency. Identify process gaps and introduce automation to improve workforce productivity. Analyze HR and operational metrics to drive data-informed decisions. ️ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. ️ 8+ years of experience in HR & Operations, preferably in the staffing & recruiting industry (USA & Canada focus preferred). ️ Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards . ️ Proven track record in scaling recruitment operations and improving HR processes . ️ Experience with HRMS, ATS, payroll systems, and workforce management tools . ️ Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to market changes.
