The Proposal incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid, tender, and RFP processes. This role involves identifying opportunities, developing bid-winning strategies, writing and editing proposals, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and compliant submission of bids. The Bid Manager plays a critical role in securing business by crafting persuasive and detailed responses to various business inquiries and leads.
Key Responsibilities :
Bid and Proposal Management :
Manage the entire bid, tender, and RFP process from identification to submission.
Write and edit proposals, negotiate with internal stakeholders, and collaborate with other team members to ensure bid security.
Write effective proposals while adhering to budgetary and time constraints
Craft persuasive and detailed responses to RFPs, tenders, and business inquiries.
Contribute to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as providing guidance around the executive summary).
Strategic Development and Research :
Identify opportunities for bid submissions and develop bid-winning strategies.
Conduct research and brainstorm key points to include in the bids.
Ensure timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance and approvals.
Process Adherence and Improvement :
Follow internal BD processes and seek necessary approvals for the submission of business proposals.
Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.
Maintain a central repository of revenue details, case studies, and different capability decks of the BD team.
Drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers.
Stakeholder Management and Communication :
Negotiate with internal stakeholders to ensure bid security and compliance.
Conduct team meetings and briefings once bids have been secured.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all relevant teams to facilitate smooth bid submission.
Coordinate with internal teams, including business development, operations, procurement, and subject matter experts (SMEs) for necessary inputs and site due diligence.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors in coordination with the procurement team to obtain competitive pricing for bid submissions.
Plan and coordinate all client presentations required as part of the bid submission.

Experience :
Proven 5-8 years in similar domain with property management or Real estate industry.
