We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day business operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of import-export business , keen business development skills, and the ability to act as an advisor and researcher. The ideal candidate will bridge operational execution and strategic decision-making, contributing directly to the company’s expansion in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Director in executing business strategies and daily operations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in pharmaceutical packaging.
- Coordinate and manage import-export documentation, processes, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying and reaching out to new clients, partners, and markets.
- Prepare presentations, business reports, and analytical summaries to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project follow-ups.
- Advise the Director with insights on market trends, regulatory changes, and potential risks.
- Track project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information at all times.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, client visits, and business events as required.

Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fieldsMinimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within pharmaceuticals or packaging industryFamiliarity with global trade regulations and industry-specific compliance standards
