Experience : 8+ years (preferably in a gency-based Technology / Contingent Staffing )
Role Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a team and drive hiring strategies for top technology clients. Ideal candidates must have strong experience working with System Integrators (SIs) and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Key Responsibilities :
Team Management : Lead and coach a team of recruiters; track performance and targets.
Client Engagement : Act as the point of contact for clients; build long-term relationships.
Hiring Operations : Oversee end-to-end tech recruitment; ensure timely, quality hires.
Strategy & Planning : Align hiring plans with client needs and market trends.
Market Insight : Stay updated on IT skills and trends; use data to improve hiring.
Compliance & Metrics : Track KPIs, manage recruitment budgets, and ensure process adherence.
Employer Branding : Ensure great candidate experience and promote employer brand.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience : 7–9+ years in tech staffing, team management, working with SIs / GCCs.
Skills :
Deep knowledge of IT roles
Strong sourcing & interviewing skills
Excellent client communication
ATS and job board proficiency
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setup
Preferred :
Bulk hiring experience (C2H IT Staffing)
Certifications (LinkedIn Recruiter, tech hiring courses)
