We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade AI / ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in RAG systems, Agentic AI , and working with open-source LLMs .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level Gen AI solutions , including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and multimodal AI systems.
• Implement and optimize RAG architectures , vector search, retrieval workflows, query rewriting, and prompt tuning.
• Build Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate open-source LLMs (Llama, GPT-OSS, etc.) and multimodal models for real-world use cases.
• Measure, refine, and enhance Gen AI solution performance using evaluation frameworks and model metrics.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex ML and Gen AI workflows with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for integration, deployment, and solution scalability.
