• Job Description

LTI is seeking a seasoned SAP GRC Consultant specialized in Risk Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP GRC Access Control, Risk Management, and S / 4HANA integration. The candidate will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing GRC solutions across client landscapes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation aligned with SAP S / 4HANA environments.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and support SAP GRC Risk Management modules within SAP S / 4HANA landscapes.
• Configure GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management functionalities.
• Conduct risk assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with SAP BASIS and Security teams for seamless integration with S / 4HANA.
• Manage GRC system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Monitor GRC system health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents.
• Support GRC access provisioning, segregation of duties (SoD) management, and audit compliance.
• Conduct periodic risk reviews and control assessments.
• Develop and maintain GRC documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Provide user training and support for GRC modules.
• Stay updated with SAP GRC innovations, especially in Risk Management and S / 4HANA integration.

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of SAP GRC implementation and support experience, with a focus on Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA integration and deployment.
• Experience in configuring and customizing GRC Risk Management workflows and rules.
• Knowledge of SAP Security and Authorizations.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC reporting and analytics.
• Experience managing GRC projects in a PAN India client environment (hybrid model).
• Good understanding of compliance standards, audit requirements, and SoD mitigation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Certifications (Preferred)
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP GRC
• Relevant certifications in SAP S / 4HANA and GRC modules

• Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant SAP GRC experience, including Risk Management.
