We are looking to hire a talented and committed WFS Specialist to join the Workforce Staffing (WFS) Team. We are a geographically distributed team, and you would be located at our buildings in Bangalore to support APAC.

The successful candidate will work in lock-step with APAC, WFS Operations and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include
- Lead multiple simultaneous projects to deploy processes / systems and optimize hiring lead times, costs and service levels for our geographies in APAC expand the funnel with sourcing strategies for hiring a diverse workforce, evaluate hiring experience, build vendor strategy, manage staffing vendors and execute labor strategy plans for high volume hiring of frontline associates
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements
- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels and drive the Labor Strategy related decisions including Labor Model changes and associated change management across diverse stakeholders for smooth execution
- Manage the prioritization and trade-offs between different business groups, maximizing efficiency gains without compromising on quality
- Think strategically and translate strategy into operational plans and business results
- Obtain buy-in from senior business leaders and stakeholders, influence without authority to drive alignment for execution
- Prepare, analyse and present data on key impact areas with support from Analytics and write clear and concise communication including monthly and quarterly business reviews
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge / FTE) experienceKnowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff developmentExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExceptional writing skills, with ability to write succinctlyDemonstrable experience in large scale project managementExceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investmentExperience identifying and resolving issues independently, even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstancesExperience with managing large-scale organizational changeExperience defining technical requirements and working with systems resourcesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
