Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred). 6-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or retail supply chain. Strong understanding of inventory planning, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. Hands-on experience with ERP / WMS / TMS systems and API integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines. Experience in building or managing supply chain technology products for e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL) and agile methodologies. Familiarity with automation tools and digital transformation projects. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
Job Description :
Our client is looking for a Product Manager - Supply Chain to design and deliver innovative supply chain technology solutions that enable faster order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and cost efficiency. This role will work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to build products that enhance supply chain visibility and performance in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define product vision and roadmap for supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS).
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into product features and user stories.
- Collaborate with tech teams to develop scalable solutions for inventory, order processing, and logistics.
- Drive automation and digital transformation for real-time visibility and operational efficiency.
- Monitor product KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, finance, and customer service) for smooth implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in e-commerce supply chain.
