Job Title : Performance Marketing Executive

Location : HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Management :

â—‹ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google

â—‹ Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.

â—‹ Ensure campaigns meet performance KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

Performance Analysis :

â—‹ Track and analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights.

â—‹ Prepare regular performance reports and suggest data-driven optimization strategies.

Budget & ROI Management :

â—‹ Manage daily campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.

â—‹ Work towards maximizing ROI through continuous testing and optimization.

Creative & Content Collaboration :

â—‹ Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives, copies, and

landing pages.

â—‹ Conduct A / B tests to improve ad performance and user engagement. 5. Market Research & Trends : â—‹ Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor campaigns. â—‹ Recommend innovative growth opportunities and new channels.

Requirements :

● 1â€'3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.

● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.

● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
