About the role :

Roles within this job family support the front line sales revenue generating roles. They run back office sales administration processes, manage and use sales information for business insights, and provide customer service support related to sales.

Role Responsibilities :

• Analysts are individual contributors
• Requires conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise; develops practical experience
• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
• No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new analysts / associates
• Solves standard problems by identifying solutions based on standard practices
• Impacts quality of own work; works within guidelines and policies
• Explains information to others in straightforward situations

1 MIS for routine reporting (through platform / manually)

2 Data loads as per USL timelines ( MDM / Sec Sales / SnOp)

3 Decision making at Cluster with value added reports
