Curately AI is redefining how enterprises and staffing firms engage, source, and hire talent — powered by agentic AI workflows . We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on operator to own all things marketing and growth from the ground up.

This is not a “run what’s already built” role — it’s a build it, scale it, own it opportunity. You’ll join the founding team to design our GTM engine, shape our narrative, and drive measurable growth across demand gen, brand, and product marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Own Growth End-to-End : Architect and execute Curately’s growth engine — demand generation, campaigns, content, partnerships, events, and community.
• Design the Playbook : Build the zero-to-one GTM playbook — define ICPs, experiment across channels, and double down on what drives pipeline.
• Lead with Data + Creativity : Combine storytelling and analytics to drive inbound leads, pipeline velocity, and customer expansion.
• Shape the Brand : Position Curately as the category-defining platform for AI-powered talent engagement and direct sourcing.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with the CEO and founding sales / product teams to align GTM messaging, product launches, and market motion.
• Build and Lead the Function : You’ll be the first marketer — and you’ll grow your team as we scale.
