Join our team as a Senior Executive Assistant to work for our Chairman of the UK office to help him with his diary management and personal admin work.

Day-to-day tasks (including but not limited to) :
Providing top-notch support to our Chairman on a daily basis
Mastering extensive diary management, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
Setting up meetings
Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
Leading the planning process for and keeping a forward-thinking calendar of important upcoming events and tasks
Drafting correspondence, preparing and updating essential documents as needed
Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
You
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in working with UK clients / leadership teams is preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage schedules, email inboxes, expenses, and travel arrangements
Proficient in using G Suite, Word, Excel, and other relevant software
Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task
Flexible to communicate through multiple mediums like WhatsApp, slack, etc
