Then you’ll have success on the Digital Strategy & Platform team, whose goal is to offer guests a seamless online shopping experience across our platforms—including Target.Com and the store network’s fulfillment capabilities. Role overview :

We are seeking an accomplished Director Product Management to define and lead the strategy, vision, and execution of our 3rd Party Marketplace and Seller Portal . In this high-impact role, you will shape the ecosystem that empowers sellers, expands guest choice, and delivers scalable growth. Success requires a unique blend of strategic insight, deep marketplace expertise, and technical product leadership , paired with a passion for building world-class experiences for both sellers and guests.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital commerce and multi-sided marketplaces, with proven success in scaling complex product ecosystems and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams . You will champion both seller and customer needs, driving innovation in onboarding, catalog management, pricing, performance insights, compliance, and fulfilment integration. With a strong product mindset and data-driven approach, you will ensure the marketplace delivers a seamless, intuitive, and trusted experience at scale—balancing growth, customer delight, and platform economics.

As a people leader, you will build and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, serving as both coach and mentor. You will cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous growth , empowering your team to deliver outsized business impact.

You will be accountable for achieving defined business outcomes and marketplace metrics , partnering across Digital, Merchandising, Data Sciences, Stores, and Supply Chain organizations. As an excellent storyteller and influencer, you will align stakeholders, translate technical concepts into simple narratives, and remove barriers to execution.

As a Director Product Management, you’ll take the lead on Marketplace Strategy & Vision

• Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for the 3P marketplace, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
