User Interface Designer

Role Overview :

As a UI / UX Designer with 4–6 years of professional experience, you will own the end-to-end design process—from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers and Project leads to ensure cohesive user journeys and polished visual interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

User Experience (UX)

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries, to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Create user personas, customer journey maps, site maps, and information architectures to guide product strategy.
• Develop low- to mid-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) for usability testing.
• Run A / B tests, analyze usability metrics, and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
