Role Purpose & Core Responsibilities

The Mission / Purpose

Rasayanam seeks an experienced Finance Controller to lead all financial operations, partnering closely with leadership. As a fast-growing, bootstrapped D2C clean supplement brand scaling from ₹30 crore to ₹100+ crore, we need a leader blending operational rigor with strategic foresight. You'll own everything—from daily accounting to strategic planning—building scalable systems that enable intelligent growth, profitability, and confident, data-backed decisions. This role directly impacts our ability to invest in innovation, expand markets, build retailer trust, and become India’s most trusted clean supplement & wellness brand. Every financial decision you make influences the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Accounting Leadership

• Own all accounting functions : AR, AP, GL, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition across D2C and retail channels.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes;

prepare financial statements within 10 days.

maintain inventory accounting and stockyard management with SKU-level tracking.

Financial Planning, Analysis, Cash Flow Management & MIS Reporting

Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

stay ahead of regulatory changes.
