- Must have 1-2 years of Hyperion (HFM) experience (Minimum) and hands-on experience with company divestitures (splitting companies, manipulating data).
- Combination of functional and technical knowledge needed
- Ability to lead and guide - not just execute tasks
- Understand data loading and applying business logic for divestiture processes
- Leadership not expected but must know what needs to be done and expected to guide the team.
Role
Client is establishing a joint venture which will require enhancement of their Financial Management and Reporting system (Oracle EPM / Hyperion) to be able to manage the consolidation of the legal entities of this joint venture and produce required reporting. This will be an on-premises (i.e. not SaaS) based project in which the client will provide the required hardware, software and supporting infrastructure.Goal : Create processes for splitting legal entities and loading data with business logic
The following tasks / skills need to be provided during this engagement :
Leverage expert knowledge on HFM to create / modify rules and perform metadata changes.Perform technical functional validation of applications and objects.Update existing FDMEE custom scripts supporting functional changes.Support Production HFM applications prior and during go-live.Provide insights based on previous experiences on how to deliver the project scope and required development.Automate where possible the work on the business rules to help with the business functionality.Possess HFM functional expertise to update Webforms, Hyperion Financial Reporting tool.Application Services
