Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. The candidate should be detail-oriented, strong in coordination, and comfortable interacting with employees across levels.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations (Primary Role)
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain HR records, databases, HRIS updates, and personnel files.
Handle employee queries, letters, and documentation requests.
Track attendance, leaves, confirmations, and probation reviews.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs.
Support exit formalities, F&F inputs, and clearance processes.
Recruitment Coordination
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination when required.
Compliance & Reporting
Support HR audits, compliance documentation, and preparation of HR reports.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in documentation and records.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws.
Good Excel, documentation, and HRIS skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
MBA in HR preferred.
