Position : Kitchen Assistant (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities : Assist the production and kitchen team in daily food preparation activities.
Wash, clean, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other raw materials.
Support in basic cooking tasks such as chopping, mixing, boiling, blending, and assembling ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and production areas.
Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, tables, and workstations as per SOPs.
Label, store, and organize food items following FIFO (First In, First Out).
Assist in loading / unloading raw materials and organizing stock in the storage area.
Follow food safety standards, personal hygiene protocols, and plant guidelines at all times.
Ensure smooth workflow by completing assigned tasks efficiently and supporting team members during peak hours.
Report any equipment malfunction or hygiene issue to supervisors immediately.
Requirements : Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
Basic knowledge of kitchen or food handling work (training will be provided).
Ability to work in a fast-paced food processing environment.
Good hygiene habits and discipline.
Physically fit for lifting and performing repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications : Experience in food processing units, QSR kitchens, hotels, or restaurants (not compulsory).
Willing to work in shift timings as per plant requirements.
