P2-C3-TSTSWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing particularly within the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning components. The candidate will play a pivotal role in the Salesforce CRM domain responsible for end-to-end testing throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills a detail-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities tools and business and functional requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product develop and document detailed test plans test scenarios and test cases for Salesforce CRM and Financial Services Cloud Functional Integration Regression System and User Acceptance Testing across various Salesforce modules and Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector Data Loader and Workbench for data validation migration and functional configurations customizations workflows and automation within Salesforce FSC Lightning log track and verify defects using defect management tools ensuring thorough documentation and communication with development closely with developers testers and stakeholders to resolve issues clarify requirements and improve test end-to-end testing including validation of Apex classes Visualforce pages and Lightning data integrity and accuracy across multiple integrated systems and Salesforce in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups sprint planning grooming sessions and regular and clear communication regarding test status risks and mitigation plans to project to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize QA processes and maximize test automation and updated on latest Salesforce releases enhancements and industry best CRM ApplicationSalesforce FSC & Lightning componentsSalesforce Standard and Custom Objects Flows Triggers and Apex Inspector Data Loader and Workbench Salesforce data models security models and metadata Testing processTest Management toolsproblem-solving and analytical skills
