High Voltage Power group is looking for an experienced, highly driven Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that bring innovative semiconductor products from concept to production.
In this role, you will work closely with design, systems, operations, marketing, quality, and customer teams to ensure successful execution of schedules, deliverables, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Program Ownership
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for analog / mixed-signal / embedded semiconductor products.
- Drive program scope, timelines, risk assessment, budgeting, and resource planning.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate with design, validation, test engineering, packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams.Facilitate program reviews, technical checkpoints, and decision gates.Schedule & Risk Management
Create and maintain detailed program schedules using appropriate tools.Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure teams stay aligned to program objectives.Customer & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Present program status, key metrics, and critical issues to leadership and customers.Quality & Compliance
Ensure programs meet TI’s quality, reliability, and regulatory standards. Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions when needed.Operational & Business Support
Collaborate with product line management on go-to-market strategies.Monitor cost, yield, and performance targets throughout the product lifecycle.Preferred Qualifications
5–10+ years of program / project management experience in semiconductors, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.Experience managing SoC / ASIC / analog / mixed-signal or embedded product development programs (depending on team).Strong understanding of semiconductor development flows : architecture → design → validation → test → release to production.Proficiency with program management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
