About The Team

Our Server Support team is the backbone of enterprise infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of critical systems. We work collaboratively across IT operations, network engineering, and application teams to deliver seamless server management and support for business continuity.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and maintain Windows / Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
• Perform installation, configuration, and patching of operating systems and server applications
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive measures
• Administer virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments
• Ensure compliance with security standards and implement hardening practices
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for capacity planning and disaster recovery
• Provide Tier-3 support for escalated server-related incidents and root cause analysis
• Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing
