Email / live chat customer support experience.
Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably for a Growing eCommerce Business.
Proficient in Excel and Google sheets skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Customer-orientated and Customer Complaint and Issue resolution experience.
Flexibility to work and Responsible attitude is a must.
Skills and Requirements
Any graduate degree.
Preferred Proficiency in Multiple Languages.
Fluency in Spoken English and VAS trained Candidates Preferred.
