What You’ll Do

Teach group Mat and Reformer classes

Provide thoughtful, safe cueing with gentle modifications

Build weekly relationships with clients and support their progress

Participate in team feedback, training, and development check-ins

What We’re Looking For

A genuine, client-first mindset and desire to grow

Experience in Mat / Reformer Pilates or Yoga / Physiotherapy

Strong verbal cueing and an encouraging teaching style

Basic understanding of anatomy and movement principles

Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate

Comfortable in English and Hindi

Certification from a recognized Pilates school (good to have, not mandatory)

Schedule

Mon–Sat (6 AM–2 PM or 1 PM–9 PM)

(5–6 hours teaching + 1 hour team training + 2–3 hours breaks)
