Ideal Candidate Profile
Education : MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, or Stanford GSB; engineering undergraduate
background preferred.
Experience : 4 years of strong analytical, consulting, corporate finance, or strategy experience. Experience in Analytics, transformation programs, due diligence, or cross-functional project management is preferred.
Mindset : Ability to deal with ambiguity and establish clarity. Structured thinker with strong analytical
orientation. Mature communicator capable of influencing senior leaders without authority. High ownership
and action orientation.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Strategic Design &Business Alignment
Assist the CFO in designing, implementing, and running the CFO Office OKR framework and
performance dashboards.
Provide insights for decision-making — briefings, dashboards, and prioritization summaries
Track and drive multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously across countries.
Ensure alignment between CFO and cross-functional leaders on strategy and performance
Strategic Program, Project & Initiative Management
Support strategic programs led by Finance (cost optimization, compliance, budgeting cycles,
transformation, business performance management)
Drive governance through structured follow-ups, milestone tracking, and risk escalation
Track finance KPIs across FP& A, Controllership, Treasury, Corp Dev, ESG, and Business teams.
Set up and run weekly and monthly review rhythms, including templates, insights, follow-up actions,
and governance flows.
Research, Insights &Executive Decision Support
Prepare high-impact presentations for the board, investors, and executive leadership.
Conduct deep-dive research on competition, market intelligence, peer benchmarking, regulatory
developments, and financial themes.
Build financial and analytical models for scenarios, business cases, and transformation projects.
Provide fact-based insights that strengthen CFO decision-making.
Executive Engagement & Advisory
Anticipate CFO’s needs and ensure they are set up for success in all engagements
Interface with global leadership teams, board office, and strategic partners
Represent the CFO’s office in selected leadership forums and decision meetings
Communication &Stakeholder Influence
Draft executive communication — talking points, business updates, enterprise memos
Ensure consistent narrative and messaging across Finance leadership globally
Strengthen stakeholder trust and improve turnaround responsiveness
Operational Excellence &Enablement
Manage global calendars with strategic prioritization
Optimize execution through streamlined workflows, governance cadence, and action tracking
Ensure confidential document control, cross-border coordination, and compliance
External Relationship Facilitation
Liaise with consultants, auditors, and regulatory partners as required
Enable effective collaboration for M&A, investment, and transformation projects
Requirements :
Experience : At least 4-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite
or senior executive-level leaders in a global environment.
Education : MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, or Stanford GSB; engineering undergraduate
background preferred.
Location : Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work on-site.
Skills :
o Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience
with corporate travel / expense management software. High-quality PowerPoint and presentation
structuring aligned with management consulting standards. Advanced analytical skills with strong
Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
o Experience with OKR management, dashboards, and program management tools (Notion,
Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet)
o Ability to convert ambiguous or unstructured business problems into clear frameworks and
actionable plans. Strong research and synthesis skills.
o Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
