Role - Generative AI Engineer

Experience - 10 to 18 years

Work Location - Remote

Required Notice Period - Immediate Joiners or Serving Notice or 30 days

Must Have

Bachelor’s in CS / ML / AI or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.

5+ years of experience in ML / Data Science with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, or computer vision.

Expertise in large-scale Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs).

Experience working with multimodal datasets (text, images, 3D).

Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and pandas.

Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and optimisation.

Hands-on experience deploying ML models using cloud microservices (AWS).

Strong software engineering background — OOP, testing, version control, CI / CD, and IaC (Terraform).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership : Define the AI vision and technical direction; establish best practices for the Generative AI team.

Strategy & Roadmap : Shape and execute the AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases.

Model Development : Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs) for multimodal document and data processing.

Multimodal Innovation : Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated solutions.

Scalable Engineering : Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and model training workflows.

Cloud Deployment : Train, optimize, and deploy AI models using AWS and modern MLOps practices.

Collaboration : Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to embed AI into real-world products and workflows.

Mentorship : Guide and upskill team members on ML architecture and best practices.

Research : Stay current with the latest generative AI, deep learning, and multimodal model research.
