Key Responsibilities

• Overall experience of 22+ years with minimum of last 5 years in the role of delivery partner / head role
• Must has handled minimum 1-2 large accounts of 100+ people / USD mln 6-7 annual revenue
• Should have the experience to grow accounts
• Should have a mix of application, Data, cloud, analytics in his Portfolio
• Should be well versed on Agile, Service delivery model and has been part of large transition program
• Should be able to Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client value.
• Should be able to Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions to existing clients, working closely with sales and account management teams to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Comes from technology background with at least 10 years of experience in core technologies in the initial career. Still has the technical acumen to participate in solutioning, challenge the team and confidently discuss technology with customer
• Stable employment track record. Too many frequent jumps are undesirable
• Have been responsible for P&L
• Have worked with customers from different geos of Americas, Europe and APAC
• Actively participated in large RFPs
• Ability to construct deal solutions, RFP structures, commercial responses
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Have experience in working in a matrix organization navigating with multiple business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of governance, quality, operations, and financial matters.
