A reputed chain of 5 star hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal is looking for a Revenue Manager to join their Hotel.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Revenue Manager role is based in Kathmandu, Nepal . The Revenue Manager will oversee revenue management and recognition, ensure compliance with financial policies, and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing revenue reports, coordinating with accounting teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance profitability. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to streamline revenue processes and optimize financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition processes
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting practices
• Advanced Analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Experience with financial software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred
